De Fusie
I am happy to say that my photoseries Vision got featured in the online magazine de Fusie.
De Fusie provides a platform for young acadamics to provide their insight into the daily news and events in the world. There is also a section specifically for images and this is where the series Vision is shown. Very exciting!
17/52 Madama Butterfly
Last week I had the opportunity to photograph my friend and talented opera singer at the celebration of 100 year existence of the Japanese garden in The Hague.
I was very happy to attend because the garden is one of my favorite spots in Den Haag. Zinzi sang an aria from Madama Butterfly and was dressed in traditional Japanese clothing.
12/52 Vision
This week I started working on a series that will encompass more than just one photo. The idea behind this series is related to how we are surrounded by the strangest buildings when living in the city and often there is not much else in sight. The main character is looking for a place with a different view and feel and so he climbs the highest towers in search of land undiscovered.
I asked Job to participate in the project and thankfully he said yes! We had two nice days shooting photos. Next week I will show some more!
